It is manufactured using world leading butter making technology.
Our manufacturing processes maximize the shelf life stability and consistency of our butter. Frozen after manufacture to preserve the fresh flavour. Predominantly grass fed, our cows produce milk with higher levels of Omega 3, CLA fats, more vitamin E and more beta carotene, giving a full creamy dairy flavour.
-Suitable for baking, frying and as a spread.
-Reprocessing into pats. Suited also to other consumer oriented uses such as spreading and home cooking (refers to bulk packs).
-Ingredient in food processing applications such as processed cheese and vegetable oil blends manufacture.
