LACTOSE

Refined food-grade milk sugar, the naturally occurring disaccharide of milk. Refined Lactose is finely milled and thus provides excellent crystalline free-flowing properties for further processing. Depending on customer requirements, we offer Lactose RAB with various particle-size distributions. Our products are used primarily as fillings or carrier material:

-For the bakery, confectionary and chocolate industries

-In dairy products

-In convenience food applications such as soups, sauces, meats and desserts

-For spices and flavorings.
