Guar Gum (E412) Thickening agent, emulsifier, stabilizer, film-forming agent. Bakery products, dairy products, meat products, ice cream, soups, sauces and seasonings, salads, mayonnaise, ketchup, beverages (lemonade, flavored drinks, powder drink) is used.

Gum Arabik (E414) It is used as thickener, emulsifier and bulking agent. It is used as a thickener in a wide range of fields such as delights, confectionery, ice cream, chewing gum, pudding, salad dressings, beverage mixes.

Gelatin (80-140-160-200-220-240) Bloom Stabilizer is used as a thickener, a structure enhancer. Jams, jellies, candies, sweets, puddings, fruit juices, soups, sauces, meat products, cream cheese, margarine, ice cream, yogurt.

Carboxy Methyl Cellulose (CMC) (E466) It is used as a thickener in foods, controlling the formation of ice crystals, enhancing the structure, preventing clumping, clarifying, water-holding, film forming. It is used in bakery products, desserts, frozen desserts, puddings, pastry cream, cream cheese, beverages, sauces, ice creams, diet products and confectionery.





Microcrystalline Cellulose (MCC) (E460) It is used as an emulsifier, bulking agent, thickener, anti-caking, fat substitute, transparency. It is used in frozen desserts, whipped cream, dairy products, cheese, beverages, cakes, ice creams, fillers, sauces and soups.

Xanthan Gum (E415) It is used in the food industry as a thickener, emulsifier, stabilizer, bulking agent and building structure. It is used in sauces, mayonnaise, ketchup, soups, beverages, bakery products, dairy products, salami.

Carrageenan (Refined Refined) (E407) It is used as a gelling agent, thickener and stabilizer. It is used in ice cream, frozen products, chocolate milk, milk desserts, powdered dairy products, cheeses, meat products, jams, jellies, sauces and beverages.

Fibers (Wheat, Cellulose) A non-caloric blowing agent in the food industry, used to improve mouth feel, to bind water and oil, to improve the structure. It is used for chocolate, biscuits, cakes, cookies, bakery products, pastry, meat products, cereals, dietary products, gum and confectionery.
