COATING POLISHING AND PROTECTION AGENTS
Polishing Agents are used to give final gloss to the product in chocolate coated products or in sugar coated dragees. Carnauba wax and beeswax are used for polishing sugar coated dragees. Shellac (shellac) coating and polishing is used for final polishing in order to preserve the shine life of the dragees.
